Một đại diện của cộng đồng người Việt tại Berlin cho biết: “Tết cổ truyền mang lại rất nhiều cảm xúc hướng về quê hương đất nước, về cha ông tổ tiên, về văn hoá cổ truyền.”

Đại sứ quán Việt Nam và Cộng đồng người Việt Nam tại Đức vừa cùng tổ chức Tết cộng đồng đón Xuân Ất Tỵ, tại Toà thị chính lịch sử của Thủ đô Berlin.

 

Đây được coi là sự kiện mở màn cho năm kỷ niệm 50 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao giữa Việt Nam và Cộng hòa Liên bang Đức (1975-2025).

 

Tham dự buổi lễ có ông Florian Hauer, Quốc vụ khanh Berlin về các vấn đề Liên bang, châu Âu và Quốc tế; Ông Martin Thümmel, Phó Tổng vụ trưởng, Đặc phái viên Bộ ngoại giao Đức về Đông Á, Đông Nam Á và Thái Bình Dương; và ông Martin Schäfer, Quận trưởng quận Lichtenberg, là nơi có Trung tâm Thương mại Đồng Xuân, khu chợ lớn nhất do người Việt làm chủ, và cũng là khu vực có đông đảo bà con người Việt sinh sống và làm việc.

 

Buổi lễ cũng có sự góp mặt của đại diện nhiều phái đoàn ngoại giao tại Đức, lãnh đạo và đại diện nhiều hội đoàn của người Việt trên toàn nước Đức.

 

Sau màn pháo hoa rực rỡ, Đại sứ Vũ Quang Minh đã có bài phát biểu chào mừng, nhấn mạnh sự vui mừng và niềm vinh dự của cộng đồng người Việt được tổ chức buổi lễ đón Xuân mới trong tình đoàn kết, hữu nghị và không khí thân tình, tại một địa điểm lịch sử, trái tim của Thủ đô Berlin, là Toà thị chính đỏ – Rotes Rathaus.

 

Đại sứ khẳng định trong năm 2024, cộng đồng Việt Nam tại Đức đã vượt qua nhiều khó khăn, đạt được nhiều thành tích quan trọng trong hội nhập, là động lực thúc đẩy quan hệ gắn bó giữa hai nước.

 

Năm vừa qua cũng là năm đầu tiên Liên hiệp hội người Việt Nam tại Cộng hòa Liên bang Đức đi vào hoạt động, nhưng đã có nhiều hoạt động thiết thực và có ý nghĩa, hướng về quê hương Việt Nam, đặc biệt là trong đợt phát động quyên góp ủng hộ đồng bào bị bão lụt trong nước.

 

Đại sứ khẳng định cộng đồng người Việt tại Đức, mặc dù không phải là cộng đồng lớn nhất, nhưng đã đóng góp nhanh nhất và nhiều nhất cho đồng bào bị ảnh hưởng của bão số 3 (bão Yagi,), với tổng số tiền lên đến trên 400.000 euro (410.800 USD).

Đại sứ nhận định trong năm qua, quan hệ song phương Việt Nam-Cộng hòa Liên bang Đức đã phát triển hết sức tốt đẹp, với nhiều chuyến thăm và trao đổi đoàn các cấp.

 

Đặc biệt, chuyến thăm cấp Nhà nước của Tổng thống Liên bang Đức Frank-Walter Steinmeier tới Việt Nam ngay từ đầu năm đã đánh dấu một bước tiến triển quan trọng trong quan hệ giữa hai nước.

Đại sứ Vũ Quang Minh khẳng định mong muốn quan hệ song phương Việt Nam-Đức sẽ phát triển ngày càng sâu rộng và thực chất, đáp ứng thiết thực cho cả hai nước, đóng góp vào hòa bình, ổn định và phát triển cho khu vực và quốc tế, đem lại hạnh phúc cho người dân hai nước.

 

Trả lời phỏng vấn của phóng viên Thông tấn xã Việt Nam, ông Florian Hauer, Quốc vụ khanh Berlin về các vấn đề Liên bang, châu Âu và Quốc tế, khẳng định sự trân trọng đối với những đóng góp của cộng đồng người Việt đối với sự phát triển của thành phố/bang Berlin.

 

Ông cho rằng người Việt Nam ở Berlin là những tấm gương về sự thành công và thực sự đã làm cho Berlin trở nên giàu có hơn cả về mặt kinh tế cũng như về mặt văn hoá.

 

Sự đóng góp của cộng đồng người Việt đến từ những điều rất nhỏ như những quán ăn đặc sắc, đến những dự án to lớn như Trung tâm Thương mại Đồng Xuân nổi tiếng ở Berlin.

Người Việt Nam đã mang đến cho thành phố Berlin một tinh thần doanh nhân, tinh thần khởi nghiệp và đóng góp lớn cho sự phát triển của thành phố. Những quán ăn Việt Nam, người dân Berlin gốc Việt đã trở thành một thành phần không thể thiếu của thành phố Berlin.

 

Ông Hauer cũng khẳng định chính quyền Berlin đặt trọng tâm vào phát triển quan hệ ngày càng sâu sắc hơn nữa với Việt Nam, bên cạnh các quan hệ kết nghĩa sẵn có giữa các quận của Berlin như quận Lichtenberg với quận Hoàn Kiếm, quận Marzahn-Hellersdoft với quận Hoàng Mai.

Về phần mình, ông Martin Thümmel, Phó Tổng vụ trưởng, Đặc phái viên Bộ ngoại giao Đức về Đông Á, Đông Nam Á và Thái Bình Dương, cho biết nước Đức sắp bước vào cuộc tổng tuyển cử và chưa biết chính phủ tới đây sẽ do các đảng nào lãnh đạo, nhưng ông tin tưởng bất cứ chính phủ nào của Đức nắm quyền thì tình cảm với Việt Nam và quan hệ thân thiết với Việt Nam sẽ luôn được giữ gìn và củng cố.

 

Tết cộng đồng là sự kiện thường niên đã trở thành truyền thống từ nhiều năm nay của Đại sứ quán Việt Nam và cộng đồng người Việt Nam tại Cộng hòa Liên bang Đức.

 

Cũng như mọi năm, Tết cộng đồng năm nay là dịp gặp gỡ thân tình để cùng nhau ôn lại năm cũ, cùng thưởng thức các món ăn truyền thống Việt Nam dịp Tết, như bánh chưng, bánh dày, giò chả, nem rán, gỏi cuốn… và các tiết mục văn nghệ đặc sắc của các nghệ sỹ Đoàn nghệ thuật Công an Nhân dân và của bà con cộng đồng.

 

Nhân dịp này, Đại sứ Vũ Quang Minh cũng trao tặng Bằng khen của Ủy ban về người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài cho các cá nhân và hội đoàn người Việt có nhiều đóng góp cho quan hệ hai nước.

 

Một đại diện của cộng đồng người Việt, ông Phạm Mạnh Cường, hiện đang sống tại Berlin, cho biết: “Tết cổ truyền mang lại rất nhiều cảm xúc hướng về quê hương đất nước, về cha ông tổ tiên, về văn hoá cổ truyền.

Khi xa quê hương, chúng tôi phải bươn trải để làm việc mưu sinh, chỉ có những ngày này là làm cho bà con hướng về quê hương nhiều nhất. Tết cộng đồng mà Đại sứ quán tổ chức rất có ý nghĩa với bà con.

 

Bà con ở đây mặc dù không được nghỉ trong dịp Tết nguyên đán nhưng vẫn hướng về quê hương đất nước, về Tết cổ truyền Việt Nam với mong muốn cho con cháu hiểu biết được những tập tục truyền thống của người Việt Nam, của tổ tiên ông bà, để cho các cháu luôn hướng về cội nguồn. Đây là một nét văn hoá rất quý báu.”./.
