Cảnh báo hiện tượng lừa đảo qua điện thoại

Vừa qua, Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Đức nhận được nhiều phản ánh về hiện tượng các đối tượng tự xưng là cán bộ Đại sứ quán liên lạc qua điện thoại, thông báo người dân liên quan tới vụ việc đang điều tra ở Việt Nam và yêu cầu tới Đại sứ quán để cung cấp thông tin. Các đối tượng này sử dụng điện thoại không hiện số, khai tên giả là cán bộ Đại sứ quán và không giải thích được sự liên quan của người dân tới vụ việc ở Việt Nam.

 

Đại sứ quán khẳng định không liên hệ hay ủy quyền cho bất cứ cá nhân, tổ chức nào liên hệ với người dân như nêu ở trên. Trường hợp có yêu cầu tương trợ tư pháp của cơ quan trong nước, Đại sứ quán sẽ lập văn bản chính thức, nêu rõ vụ việc theo đúng thủ tục quy định. Các yêu cầu tương trợ tư pháp trong lĩnh vực hình sự sẽ được Đại sứ quán chuyển cho Bộ Tư pháp liên bang Đức qua đường ngoại giao, tuyệt đối không gửi các cá nhân, tổ chức liên quan.

 

Hiện tượng giả mạo Đại sứ quán (https://www.vietnambotschaft.org/thong-tin-ve-trang-tin-chinh-thuc-cua-dai-su-quan-3/) và cán bộ, nhân viên Đại sứ quán (https://www.vietnambotschaft.org/hien-tuong-gia-mao-can-bo-dai-su-quan/) đã xuất hiện trước đây và được Đại sứ quán phát cảnh báo để bà con không bị kẻ xấu lợi dụng.

Khi tiếp nhận thông tin từ các trang mạng xã hội, từ các cuộc gọi không hiện số, cuộc gọi từ nước ngoài hoặc người gọi có giọng điệu hăm dọa, rất mong bà con nâng cao cảnh giác, tìm hiểu kỹ sự việc, xác minh lại với Đại sứ quán, nếu cần thiết. Tuyệt đối không cung cấp thông tin cá nhân, thông tin tài chính hoặc chuyển tiền cho những đối tượng này. Khi phát hiện có dấu hiệu lừa đảo, bà con cần nhanh chóng thông báo và chuyển chứng cứ cho các cơ quan chức năng của Đức và Việt Nam để phối hợp xử lý./.
