(VOVworld) – Vietnam hat in den ersten sechs Monaten dieses Jahres landwirtschaftliche Produkte im Wert von etwa 13,6 Milliarden US-Dollar exportiert. Das entspricht einer Steigerung von 14 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum. Trotzdem steht die vietnamesische Landwirtschaft noch vor zahlreichen Herausforderungen. Es gibt noch viel zu tun, um das geplante Exportvolumen von 26 Milliarden US-Dollar zu erreichen.
Die Erfolge der vietnamesischen Landwirtschaft in den vergangenen sechs Monaten lassen sich durch beeindruckten Zahlen dargestellen: das Wachstum betrug etwa 2,8 Prozent während das Exportvolumen eine Steigerung von 14 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum erreichte. Damit erzielte die Landwirtschaftsbranche einen Überschuss von mehr als 5,7 Milliarden US-Dollar und trug dazu bei, das Handelsbilanzdefizit des Landes zu verringern. Trotzdem warnten die Experten die Landwirtschaft vor Schwierigkeiten, wie beispielsweise vor Preisschwankungen auf dem Weltmarkt oder vor Handelsbarrieren durch Importeure. Außerdem gibt es andere Faktoren, die sich auf dem Export von vietnamesischen Agrarprodukten auswirken. Dazu zählen die noch schwache Konkurrenzfähigkeit der vietnamesischen Landwirtschaft und die Weltfinanzkrise. Vor allem die vietnamesischen Züchter von Pangasius-Fisch sind in der vergangenen Monaten in Schwierigkeiten geraten. Mehr als zwei Drittel von ihnen machten Verluste oder mussten ihre Geschäfte schließen. Doan Toi, Generaldirektor der Aktiengesellschaft Nam Viet, ist der Meinung, dass der Staat verstärkt diese Unternehmen unterstützen solle:
“Wir sollten Unternehmen fördern, die Stärken im Exportbereich haben und dem Land Gewinne bringen. Der Staat sollte diese Unternehmen durch die Senkung der Zinsen unterstützen um ihnen die Kreditaufnahme zu erleichtern und ihnen die Möglichkeit verschaffen ihre Geschäfte auszubauen.”
Derzeit engagiert sich das Landwirtschaftsministerium sehr bei der Unterstützung der Bauer. Demnach verfolgt das Ministerium die Entwicklungen auf dem Weltmarkt genau, um die Bauern rechtzeitig zu informieren. Dadurch wissen die Bauer, welche Pflanzen oder Tiere sie züchten sollen, um den Bedarf des Marktes zu decken. Das Landwirtschaftsministerium setzt sich auch für die Erweiterung der Absatzmärkte ein.
Vietnam hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, in diesem Jahr landwirtschaftliche Produkte im Wert von 26 Milliarden US-Dollar zu exportieren. Staat, Unternehmen und Ministerien arbeiten derzeit eng zusammen, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen.
