Anläßlich des 34. Jahrestages des Nationalfeiertags der Bundesrepublik Deutschland möchte ich im Namen des Staates und der Bevölkerung Vietnams sowie in meinem eigenen Namen die herzlichsten Glückwünsche an dem Bundespräsidenten übermitteln.
Ich freue mich sehr über die positiven Entwicklungen in der Beziehung zwischen beider Ländern in der letzten Zeit, insbesondere hat Ihr Besuch im Hinblick auf den 50. Jahrestag der Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen im Jahr 2025 für mehr Dynamik in den bilateralen Beziehungen gesorgt.
In einer sich verändernden Welt mit vielen Herausforderungen bin ich der festen Überzeugung, daß unsere beiden Länder gemeinsam die Solidarität und Zusammenarbeit fördern und gemeinsam unsere strategische Partnerschaftsbeziehung zum Wohle der beiden Völker sowie für Frieden und Wohlstand in der Region und der Welt vertiefen werden.
Ich wünsche dem Bundespräsidenten gute Gesundheit und Erfolg bei Ihrer hohen Verantwortung.
